This was a special project, as we followed Lisa and Jan from engagement to wedding and became very close to these überfriendly German lovebirds. We filmed and photographed them in South Africa just after Jan proposed, then a few weeks later again, and eventually, we shot their fairytale wedding in Germany. It was a very special process getting so close to them and their love story. We had to dig deep to freshen up our German, but it worked out and we understood most of the speeches and conversations.

This is most definitely not something we get to do on a regular basis due to budget limitations and planning, so we are grateful to have been given this opportunity.
